I recently stayed at a hotel in a charming Italian town and it was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. My room was spotless with a stunning view of the valley below. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was just a short walk away from town and the ski lifts. What I enjoyed most was the delicious cuisine prepared by the chef and his team.

The hotel provided exceptional service, from the quick and efficient room service and top-notch housekeeping to the convenient shuttle service and ski pass vendor available on-site. The amenities were top-notch, including the cozy sitting area, terrace with garden furniture, free Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TV. We also loved the dining options, with a delicious restaurant that served special diet menus and a bar/lounge area where we enjoyed a welcome drink. The hotel even had a leisure center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, solarium, and spa center. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service.

Had a great view from my room, and it was quite clean. the hotel was nearby to the city center and the lift, so convenience was achieved. Staff members were helpful enough, providing necessary information and assistance.

Food was not as good as hoped for, and service was slow, which resulted in poor customer experience. Hotel facilities seemed outdated, and the decor was a bit boring.
